**Vacante para la empresa Amalga Group SA de CV en Monterrey, Nuevo León**:Team: Leads 23 BDRs initially (scaling to 45)Employment Type: Full-time**Responsibilities**:Build the motion. Own the lead process and SLAs (speed-to-lead under 5 minutes, 10-touch/14-day follow-up)and ensure adherence.Develop and manage ABM lists with at least 150 target accounts per vertical and multiple buyer personas peraccount.Hire, ramp, and coach 23 BDRs through call reviews, roleplays, and objection handling.Review daily activity and quality metrics to drive consistent performance.Enforce compliance with TCPA/TSR calling windows, CAN-SPAM, and unsubscribe handling.Collaborate with RevOps to maintain HubSpot routing, task flow, and dashboards.Work directly with founders on late-stage meetings, discovery briefs, and pilot proposals.Share front-line feedback to improve messaging, site copy, and FAQs with the SEO and marketing teams.Support the preparation of prospect tours, rehearse talk tracks, and help host as needed.**Requirements**:3-6+ years in SDR or BDR leadership roles, or as a senior BDR within B2B services or BPO environments.Proven experience developing outbound pipeline from scratch and closing new business.Experience working for US companies or Mexican firms focused on winning US-based clients is mandatory.exceptionally strong.Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Sales Hub, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and power dialers such asCloudTalk or JustCall.Strong coaching ability for sales calls and written messaging under 90 words.Experience in healthcare (HIPAA basics) or legal operations is a plus.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Comercial / Ventas**Industria**:Consultoría, asesoría y servicios empresariales**Habilidades**:- Sales- Business Development- Management
