Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Product Manager**Your Role: Own the Challenge**In this role, you will support the Motion Sales organization (division and market) and our customers throughout the proposal process. You’ll act as a key technical resource in your area, preparing technical product descriptions, estimating costs, and delivering final documentation.The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion Business Unit in Mexico.**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct analytical and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions and address complex inquiries.- Develop and maintain new sales opportunities, resolve customer issues, and support achievement of targets (orders, Net Price Variance, NPV, and Net Promoter Score, NPS).- Ensure budget goals are met, including volume targets and profitable growth across assigned product groups and countries.**Qualifications**:- 2+ years of experience in sales or technical support for electric motors.- Strong technical knowledge of electric motors.- Advanced English (required).- Willingness to travel.- Experience in mining, cement, or metals industries is a plus.- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is desirable.- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.**We also offer our employees the following benefits**:- Performance Bonus- Saving fund- Paid parental leave- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Health and dental insurance- Wellbeing program- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)
