They are committed to innovation and excellence in delivering customer-centric solutions.**Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Consultant.****Location: Mexico****Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with the client's HR and Business leaders to understand their strategic goals and workforce challenges.- Perform in-depth data analysis and develop workforce analytics to identify trends and patterns.- Provide workforce insights and recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness and improve employee engagement.- Create and deliver presentations to senior executives to communicate workforce strategies and findings.- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including forecasting future workforce needs, talent acquisition, and succession planning.- Develop and implement workforce management tools and processes to optimize workforce planning and performance.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce management.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce consulting or a related field.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.- Proven track record of successfully delivering workforce strategies and solutions in a complex organizational environment.- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.- Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus.- Advanced MS Excel including VBA and ability to create analytical models/tools.- Highly capable Excel, R, Python, with HR analytics experience.**Requirements**:Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premium well over US$25 Billion (P&C).
