Fasten your seatbelt for an energetic and dynamic experience where you will partner with world class leaders on solving some of the most pressing issues of our time (climate change, human rights, sustainability, and more) in new and innovative ways to achieve our goals together**Job Overview****Reports to**: IT Project Manager**Who you are**Are you thrilled by the idea of working in a business that tackles the world’s biggest challenges?**Do you want to work**:- On environmental, social and governance issues- With an amazing team of like-minded creative thinkers- In a fast-paced dynamic and innovative environment- For some of the biggest and most forward-looking brands in the world- In a role that has immediate positive impact on supply chains globally**Key Responsibilities**- Provide Level 1 Support and Level 2 Support (if needed) to Global Network.- Diagnosis of hardware/software faults and solving technical issues.- Manage / maintain the network in our offices, telephones, printers, projectors, computers, faxes, and other hardware resources.- Write relevant technical support documents.- Ensure Windows system, Exchange, Office 365 platform, Office software and other related systems and software run well.- Manage IT assets, staff onboarding and offboarding.- Support Infra Lead for any End-User-Computing projects.- Support Information Security Lead for any security related projects and ensure related security measures are compliance with standards (ISO 27001).- On occasion, contact other companies to fix telecommunication issues.- Provide specific onsite IT support to designated clients.**Experience**- Familiar with Windows 10 Operating System.- Familiar with Windows Azure AD configuration, scripting and management.- Familiar with Mac hardware and software.- Familiar with Lenovo and Dell hardware.- Have a good knowledge of those popular routers, switches, APs, laptops, mobile phones and other hardware equipment.- Familiar with Windows Server OS in an advantage.- Know the mainstream antivirus software or tools such as Security Helper quite well.- Have a fundamental understanding about network.- Patient, responsible, and good at communication and withstanding pressure.- Mastering Excel’s macro instructions will be an advantage.**Qualifications**- Education Level: University graduate or higher level of work experience than the minimum- Major: Computer, Electronic Information or related field- English Level: Must have a reasonable level of both written and spoken English- Work Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in IT Support**Equal Opportunity Employer
