**About the Role**:The Fraud & Experience team’s goal is to minimize fraud losses for Uber and false positive impact to our customers by developing tools and logics to detect and catch fraud before or when it happens This role will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing fraud trends around LatAm and deploying rules and strategic projects to address them. As an owner of key fraud metrics, they should have the analytics experience, curiosity, and resourcefulness to identify, measure, and mitigate new and emerging losses.**What you'll do**:- This hands-on analytics role will be responsible for developing new initiatives to keep the fraudsters off Uber by identifying patterns using data analysis and visualization- You will develop a strong understanding of key Uber tools to effectively monitor and analyze emerging trends and provide recommendations for mitigating emerging fraud spikes- Communicate optimally and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across disciplines with a focus on risk and fraud mitigation**What you'll need**:- English and Spanish professional proficiency- 2+ to 4 years of experience in business consulting, investment banking or other hyper-growth startups is helpful- Critical thinking and analytical rigour, as you will be dealing with data and scaling processes. Problem Solving ability- Experience with data-based decision-making. Strong Excel skills, other database experience helpful.
