The Logistics Operator is responsible for coordinating and executing the day-to-day logistics operations, including shipment coordination, transportation management, and inventory control.**Responsibilities**:- **Shipment Coordination**: Coordinate and manage the shipment process, including scheduling pickups, arranging deliveries, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and requirements.- **Transportation Management**: Monitor transportation activities and coordinate with carriers to ensure efficient transportation routing, optimize costs, and maintain accurate transportation records.- **Communication and Collaboration**: Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations.- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement in logistics operations, transportation management, and inventory control.- **Compliance and Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including shipping documents, transportation records, and inventory reports.
