Hi, I’m Cata Morales, Head of Talent Seeker Operations at Torre. We’re hiring a Customer Success Agent who will help us revolutionize how companies hire. This is a global, remote opportunity.
WHAT IS TORRE?
At Torre, we’re building AI recruiters that replicate human intuition. They automatically attract candidates, engage them, screen them, rank them, present them, and provide them with feedback. We analyze 100+ factors with 9 types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work.
For companies, we offer three product lines: Torre OS, Torre RPO, and Torre Reach.

Our seed round was $20M, of which I contributed $10M. Other investors included early investors and executives from Apple, Amazon, Meta, Space X, and TikTok.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for:
● Answering real-time chat support.
● Assisting clients with all their requests.
● Guide and support our clients in all their recruitment process.
YOUR KPIs:
● Response time to clients.
● Retention rate of clients after interacting with you.
YOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH:
You will start by providing asynchronous support to clients, and then you can grow to become a coach who offers training and synchronous support to users.
Also, we are looking to automate several tasks, so you can work closely with guaranteeing automation work properly and later become a leader of this team.
THE TEAM:
You’ll report directly to me, the Head of Talent Seeker Operations. You’ll work closely with other team members doing the same work as you and teams focused on Candidates' Operations.
TOOLS AT YOUR DISPOSAL:
● Torre.
● Torre's own software developed for operations.
A robust data warehouse for analytics and business intelligence.
HIRING PROCESS:
1st. You’ll apply via Torre (you may be an overachiever who has never applied to a job before, but please do it this time around so that you can experience our tech).
2nd. I’ll review your application. If you’re a potential match, I’ll contact you to answer any questions you may have.
3rd. We’ll do a first interview.
4th. We’ll make you an offer for a trial period, where you will perform all the responsibilities of the role.
5th. You will have an interview with the CEO.
6th. You will receive an offer to be a full-time Torrex.
