**JOB PURPOSE**:Concierge Elite has been a source of providing talented receptionists for medical clinics all over the U.S and Canada. No office to travel toConcierge Elite is looking for an independent, remote, results-driven receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills, a friendly personality, and a clear, strong voice. As a front desk representative for these medical practices, you will receive internal support from the company. If you have a passion for rewarding work, have people skills, and a drive for excellence, this may be the ideal opportunity for you**PRIMARY JOB DUTIES**Include but not limited to:- Softphone management- Scheduling appointments for many clinics and different scheduling software- Taking payments- Making prescription refills- Outbound tasks to contact clients for scheduling- Text management- Chat management- Teamwork and communication using google chat.**Job Qualifications**:- Fluent and proficient in the English language. Must be able to read, write, comprehend and speak clearly with mínimal accent.- Spanish speaking is a plus but is not required.- Must have stable internet and backup internet- Must not have regular or constant power problems. A backup is a plus.- Must have a USB-powered noise-canceling headset and a reliable working computer- Must have a minimum of 2 screens to work on.- Self-starter, fast learner, reliable, flexible, and willing to adapt.- May need the use of a VPN- Working Webcam.- Adhere to an Eastern Standard Time Zone- Medical experience is a plus, but not required- Call center experience is a plus, but not required**Hours and pay**:- Contracted work with no end date. Yearly we will resend new contracts for up-to-date compliance.- Primarily full-time contractor positions are available within the hours of 7 am-11 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Sunday.- Pay is $4 per hour and paid Bi-weekly while in training. The company does provide some incentives and even some sales opportunities.
