This is a remote position.We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in Software Sales (SaaS) and exceptional communication skills to join our team in the technology sector.**Responsibilities**:- Prospect and identify key decision-makers in companies within the South American market.- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to present our products/services.- Provide timely follow-up after initial contact, offering additional information and addressing inquiries.- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring revenue targets are achieved.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and regularly update the CRM.- Leverage tools such as Rocket Reach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn to improve prospecting and lead identification.**Requirements**:- Experience in lead nurturing and cold calling.- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the technology/SaaS sector.- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.- Proficiency in prospecting tools like Rocket Reach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn.- Strong understanding of the complete sales process and CRM platforms.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and self-motivation.- Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.**Benefits**:- 100% remote work.- Competitive salary plus sales commissions.- Opportunities for growth and professional development.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
