**Title**:Associate, Document ManagementAssists with compiling and maintaining project documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering/supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders, and other project-required documents. Assists with updating, examining, and maintaining project document control record keeping system and verifying completeness and accuracy of data. Assists with preparing transmittals and distributes data as directed. Assists with the interface of the reproduction department for required reproduction associated with copy and distribution requirements per project procedures. Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior training or work experience. Work is routine or follows standard procedures. Work is closely supervised and completed with little autonomy. Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation. Work is typically of a routine nature with clearly defined knowledge. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma; or requires an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
