As a **Bilingual** **Sales Representative** - English-Spanish** working remotely in Mexico City or residing in the State of Mexico, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.**What You'll be Doing**Do you have a passion for generate and assignment of high-quality opportunities to the Field Sales Organization that result in incremental revenue across all supported segments and product lines? This role is critical for the success of the larger sales organization and a great place to start a career.**During a Typical Day, You'll**- Use a disciplined, programmatic approach to campaign-based pipeline generation and Marketing Sales Ready Lead (SRL) qualification- Collaborate with Field Marketing and Field Sales Teams on territory and account-based sales plans - a joint plan for success- Initiate contact with profiled business markets provided in a lead campaign- Qualify and cultivate leads/relationships to activity build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities converting to a sale- Build and manage your pipeline though high-volume outreach communications and responses- Actively track and manage lead pipeline in Customer Relationship Management - Salesforce- Accurately convey products and services to prospective business partners as options to help with their back to the office strategy**What You Bring to the Role**- Fluent in English and Spanish- 1 year or more of Business to Business sales experience- Computer savvy**What You Can Expect**- Knowledgeable, encouraging, supporting and present leadership- Diverse and community minded organization- Career-growth and lots of learning opportunities for aspiring minds- And yes...all the competitive performance bonus opportunities and benefits you'd expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you**A Bit More About Your Role**You'll report to the Team Lead.
