As part of the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Transactional Services, the EHS Assistant GBS, Entry will accomplish tasks and activities identified and agreed upon with the EHS/PS Partners, Communities of Experts, Product Stewardship Operations and EHS Operations to improve efficiency in EHS operation throughout the global function.Follow defined work instructions to build tasks and operational procedures for shared service team (Work intake, escalation, Indicators). Contribute and lead process improvement opportunities.You will work #LI-Hybrid in our site in Queretaro. You will report to the Product Stewardship Expert.**Main Responsibilities**- Maintain EHS Management Systems applicable for health, safety, environment, and security regulations and systems for performance monitoring and reporting.- Support promoting better EHS culture by guiding multiple EHS performance improvement programs and employee engagement activities.- Support for the Global Management of Change (MOC) Application.- Support guide EHS policies implementation across manufacturing sites.- Manage updating of EHS portals of the organization.- Support Safety Data Sheet activity such as handling bulk-download requests and its distribution by electronic data holders and general support on how to obtain SDS’s.- Support in data management activities.- EHS Leadership administration support:- GS2 & Incident Reporting: creation and distribution of periodic reports- Department reporting: chart updates, collection of data and its presentation- Maintenance of scorecards and EHS metrics in Cority- Management Of Change (MOC) Application.- Raw Materials Safety Data Sheet (SDS) maintenance- EHS Training Management:- Maintaining training catalogues and matrixes, track and follow up on deadlines and completion dates.- Coordinate ongoing training initiatives with site managers, including escalations.**Qualifications**- Background or awareness in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,Environmental Engineering, or related science/engineering.- Operate with multiple disciplines in a multicultural environment.- Fluency in English is a must, additional language skills.- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, dashboard creation, analysis formulas and functions. Macros, Visual Basic and Power BI knowledge.- Interest and knowledge in EHS topics.- Experience more than 6 months (internship).This job posting may have multiple locations listed.
