**MINERA CANAM SA DE CV SOLICITA**:**Position**: Administrative Assistant**Location**: Sinaloa, Mexico**Company**: Vizsla Silver Corp**Reporting to**: Director, Mexico**About Silver Corp**:Vizsla Silver Corp is a Canadian mining company listed on the TSX and NYSE, currently in the development stage with a project in Sinaloa, Mexico.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Administrative Support**:- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.- **Expense Reports**:- Prepare and submit expense reports for staff and management.- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.- Track and reconcile expenses and reimbursements.- **Travel and Accommodation Arrangements**:- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and hotel bookings.- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel plans are documented and communicated to relevant parties.- **Office Management**:- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.- Assist with the setup and coordination of company events and meetings.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.- **Communication**:- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and friendly reception.- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.- **Document Management**:- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of documents and presentations.- Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly filed and archived.- **Other Duties**:- Support other administrative and operational tasks as required by the Director of Mexico and other team members.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Fluent in English and Spanish.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Uniformes gratuitosLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
