Powering growth for customers ranging from aspiring entrepreneurs in emerging markets to the world's leading brands like Airbnb, Amazon, Google and Upwork, Payoneer makes global commerce easy and secure.We are looking for an energetic and ambitious **Partnerships Manager** in Mexico who takes ownership to the highest level, is able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and to grow a new ecosystem of partners through effective executive engagement. You will drive new partners and handle the end-to-end partner management in collaboration with other team members. Working in a dynamic business environment, you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with the potential partners to drive acquisition and expansion of Payoneer reach. This role will report to the regional Head of Partnerships working remotely from Mexico.**What you'll do**:- Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates driving acquisition across numerous verticals (eg Knowledge Based Services, Remote Working, Ecommerce, Fintech and Advertising)- Nurture partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle- Design and launch creative growth hacking initiatives- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth**What we're looking for**:- 5+ years of experience in any form of partnership role- Proficient in spoken and written English- Strong research skills, strategic thinking and independent thought coupled with ability to drive business end-to-end and execute- Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment and an active relationship builder**Not Required But a Plus**- You have worked at a fast-growing start-up- Experience in Fintech, payments, foreign exchange, e-commerce- Knowledge of growth hacking tactics- You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team- #LI-JE1_- #LI-Remote_
