Somos un empresa que ofrece soluciones de alta tecnología en TI en todas las actividades de desarrollo, ubicados en la CDMX con un esquema híbrido de trabajo.Estamos en busqueda de talento como **Customer Success Manager** **para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo.**¿Cómo te imaginamos?**- Licenciatura en marketing, relaciones comerciales o comunicación- Experiência comprobable de 3 años en puesto similar- Experiência en empresas de tecnología- Habilidades técnicas requeridas, en relación con el uso del producto o servicio- Conocimiento y uso de herramientas de servicio y atn a ctes.- Herramientas Microsoft (office, windows), SharePoint, Excel- Customer Experience- Gestión de relaciones comerciales- Manejo y creación de KPIs y de reportes de servicio- Conocimiento y dominio en metodologías y estrategias de CX- Experiência en empresas de servicios tecnológicos SaaS- Diseño de estrategias de retención y fidelización- Habilidades mercadeo y comercialización de productos y servicios intangibles**Requisitos**:- Inglés Intermedio - avanzado (deseado)- Disponibilidad para viajar- Radicar en la CDMX**Beneficios**:- Esquema Hibrido- Lunes a viernes con turnos rolados en fines de semana- Prestaciones de ley- Prestaciones superiores a la ley**Ven y forma parte del crecimiento**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes
