Business Development Manager – US Market (Remote, Mexico-based) Company: Hanalytica – IT Recruiting & Staffing Location: Remote (Mexico preferred) Language: English-only (C1/C2 required) Working Hours: Overlap with US business hours (Central / Eastern Time) About Hanalytica Hanalytica is a specialized IT recruiting & staffing company delivering senior Microsoft-stack engineering talent to enterprise clients across the United States and Canada. We work with healthcare insurance, technology, and enterprise software companies and provide contract and permanent staffing solutions. We are now expanding our US sales organization and are looking for a Business Development Manager who can independently acquire, manage, and close new US clients . Your Mission You will own the full sales cycle: Identify and engage US & Canadian hiring managers Conduct discovery and pitch calls Present our staffing solutions Handle objections and negotiations Close new client agreements Build long-term client relationships Your goal is simple: win new US clients without founder involvement in daily sales calls. Key Responsibilities Outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone Run discovery and solution-pitch meetings Understand client hiring needs and staffing requirements Present Hanalytica’s recruiting and staffing services Negotiate terms and close deals Maintain pipeline and forecasts in CRM Collaborate with recruiting team to deliver talent What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2) 3 years B2B sales experience Proven track record closing deals Experience selling services to US clients Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable working fully remote Strong Bonus: Experience in IT staffing or recruitment sales Existing US client network Knowledge of software / engineering roles What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) Build active pipeline of US prospects Close first new US client Establish repeatable sales process Operate independently in client-facing sales Why Join Hanalytica Direct access to leadership High autonomy and ownership Clear path to Head of Sales role Fully remote, international team Real opportunity to build US market presence
