We will give you a platform to be daring on a global scale.This position is aimed at delivering Planogram Service and Category Development support on to the Latam region markets. Their responsibilities include building planograms, develop analytics, keeping records of business rules as well as produc specifications (measurements and images) and Scorecards. They are responsible for completing planogram building projects involving stakeholders and other POG designers, managing time, workloads and quality assurance.This position’s outcome contributes to boost sales and the strengthening of the relationships with our commercial partners. Their duties include, but not limit to, Savory, Oats and Bisquits for Traditional Trade, Organized Trade, Wholesalers, Proximity Stores and Away From Home.**Accountabilities**Responsible for preserving and reducing the gap between SOS and SOM, ensuring the correct distribution of spaces delivering best-in-class planogram solutions.Accountable for landing of the Category Manager’s Strategy on the planograms, which requires project, workloads and resourses management.Deliverables include, but not limits to, proposals, master planograms, inventory analytics, documentation that preserves data for future comparisons, and replicating authorized strategies.Accountable for updating product images and measurements on a regular basis.This position, particularly for CASA and Brazil, requires to provide continuous training in the planograming process to all Catman and Trade Maeketing teams.Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Education/requirements**Education: Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or International Business.Desired, but not mandatory, 1-year functional experience on:- Multi-channel (mainly OT & TT)- Previous category approach on Salty snacks, Biscuits and Oats.- Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales Development.- Merchandising experience in OT or TT.- Marketplace.Languages: In addition to Spanish, fluent English, intermediate or advanced. Portuguese desired.**Non Technical Skills**- Collaborative, attention to detail, driving for results, design thinking, innovating, project management skills, time management, efficient communication, problem solving, decision-making, deal with conflict, influence and negociation.**Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable**Job Type**: Regular
