Importante empresa internacional de manufactura solicita:**Gerente de Recursos Humanos**Resumen del Puesto:**Responsabilidades**:- Liderazgo Estratégico: Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de RRHH alineadas con los objetivos corporativos y las necesidades de la planta.- Desarrollo Organizacional: Identificar y fomentar oportunidades de capacitación y desarrollo para mejorar el desempeño y las competencias del equipo. Diseñar e implementar programas de desarrollo profesional y liderazgo.- Relaciones Laborales: Mantener relaciones laborales armoniosas y resolver conflictos de manera efectiva. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas laborales y gestionar la comunicación con sindicatos.- Cumplimiento y Políticas: Asegurar que las políticas y procedimientos de RRHH estén en cumplimiento con las leyes locales y federales. Revisar y actualizar las políticas para reflejar las mejores prácticas y las necesidades de la empresa.- Gestión de Beneficios y Compensaciones: Supervisar los sistemas de compensación y beneficios, asegurando que sean competitivos y estén alineados con el mercado. Realizar análisis de mercado para ajustar paquetes salariales y beneficios.- Nómina y Seguridad Social- Seguridad e Higiene.**Requisitos**:- Educación: Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o campos relacionados. Un MBA o maestría en un área relevante es un plus.- Experiência: Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en un rol de gestión de RRHH, con al menos 3 años en el sector de manufactura y experiência comprobada en arranques de planta es deseable.- Conocimientos Generales: Certificación ISO9001, LFT, LISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Nóminas, Seguridad Social, Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente; Manejo de Sindicatos.- _**Idiomas: Dominio avanzado del inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.**_**Habilidades**:- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y manejar múltiples prioridades.- Conocimiento profundo de las leyes laborales y normativas de RRHH.- Habilidad para analizar datos e interpretar métricas de RRHH para tomar decisiones informadas.Interesados favor de postularse por este medio.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
