**Vacante para la empresa Nexum en Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México**:** Customer Service & Order Entry****Sueldo**: $22,500 mensuales**Modalidad**: Presencial con 2 días de Home Office**Prestaciones**: Superiores a las de Ley**Responsabilidades principales**:- Capturar, validar y dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra en el sistema.- Gestionar documentos y control administrativo relacionados con proveedores.- Mantener comunicación constante con proveedores nacionales e internacionales para asegurar tiempos de entrega.- Elaborar reportes de control, indicadores y avances de órdenes de compra.- Asegurar la precisión de la información en todo el proceso de compras.- Brindar atención y soporte a clientes internos y externos en relación con las órdenes.**Requisitos**:- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito), indispensable para la interacción con clientes y proveedores internacionales.- Experiência mínima de 2 años en captura de datos, compras, atención a clientes o áreas administrativas.- Manejo intermedio-avanzado de Excel y paquetería Office.- Habilidades de organización, atención al detalle y comunicación efectiva.- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo plazos establecidos.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo de $22,500 mensuales.- 2 días de home office a la semana.- Prestaciones superiores a las de Ley.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Plásticos
