**Vacante para la empresa Nex en Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México**:**Vacante: Customer Service & Order Entry**:** Ubicación**: Naucalpan, Edo. de México**Sueldo**: $22,500 mensuales brutos**Prestaciones**: Superiores a las de Ley**Modalidad**: Híbrido (2 días Home Office)**Responsabilidades**:- Gestión y captura de órdenes de clientes en sistema.- Seguimiento al ciclo completo de pedidos (order to cash).- Atención y soporte a clientes nacionales e internacionales.- Coordinación con áreas internas (ventas, logística, finanzas) para asegurar entregas oportunas.- Elaboración de reportes de status de pedidos y métricas de servicio.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Negocios, Comercio Internacional o afín.- Experiência mínima de 2 a 3 años en **Customer Service / Order Entry** dentro de empresas de manufactura, logística o distribución.- Manejo de sistemas ERP (SAP deseable) y CRM.- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable para comunicación con clientes).- Excel intermedio.- Habilidades de comunicación, orientación al cliente y trabajo en equipo.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo de $22,500.- Prestaciones Superiores a las de Ley.- Esquema híbrido: 2 días Home Office.- Oportunidad de desarrollo en empresa trasnacional.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Plásticos
