We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.**Your Impact**In this role, your contributions will help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry.**What You’ll Do**:- You will have direct contact with American clients to support them and provide solutions.- Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues.- Answering incoming calls, paging on-call doctors and technicians.- Accurately document messages and ensure they are delivered to the correct personnel on time.- Enter and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are recorded for future reference.- Use technological platforms to provide the best support.**What We’re Looking For**:- Passion for customer service.- Preferably with experience in a call center.- 90% proficiency in written and spoken English.- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.- Shift availability.**What We Offer**:- Shifts: 8:00 pm to 6:00 am -Monday-Friday (40 hours) and Friday-Monday 8:00 pm to 7:00 am (33 hours).- $22,500 - $25,000 pesos per month (base salary).- Working from home (must have great Internet).- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedWe value each team member's contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.
