**Job Summary**:The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions to ensure smooth operations within our bilingual call center. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle diverse HR tasks while supporting both English and Spanish-speaking employees.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:_- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.- **Employee Relations**:_- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.- Promote a positive workplace culture.- **Compliance & Administration**:_- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).- Previous experience in HR, preferably in a call center or similar environment.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.**Why Join Us?**- Competitive salary.- Opportunities for short, medium, and long-term professional development and career growth.- A collaborative and inclusive work environment.- A chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and dynamic team.Pay: From $13,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
