Buscamos un Project Business Development altamente calificado para el sector de maquila de cosméticos, que se encargue de la expansión de nuevos proyectos en este ámbito.**Responsabilidades**:Desarrollo de negocios: Identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales con marcas y empresas del sector cosmético que requieran servicios de maquila.Supervisar y coordinar proyectos de maquila, desde la fase de diseño hasta la entrega final de productos terminados, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costos y estándares de calidad.Mantener y fortalecer relaciones con marcas cosméticas, desde startups hasta grandes empresas, entendiendo sus necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones efectivas.Estudiar las tendencias del mercado cosmético y las oportunidades de negocio dentro del sector de maquila, para identificar áreas de crecimiento y expansión.Realizar seguimiento a los proyectos de maquila en curso, asegurando que los clientes reciban productos de alta calidad dentro de los plazos establecidos.**Requisitos**:Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales, o áreas afines.Experiência mínima 5 años en desarrollo de negocios, gestión de proyectos y/o maquila en la industria cosmética.Conocimiento de tendencias del mercado cosmético, tecnologías de producciónConocimiento del proceso de maquila y las regulaciones del sector cosmético.inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) para la interacción con clientes y proveedores internacionales.Ofrecemos:- Sueldo base- Prestaciones las de Ley- Trabajo de lunes a viernes de 9 -6Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $60,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
