  • Elaboración de Ofertas Comerciales Competitivas: Manejar técnicamente y elaborar ofertas comerciales competitivas que se alineen con nuestros objetivos de negocio.
  • Gestión de Procesos: Conducir y coordinar exitosamente los procesos relacionados con sustitución de productos, registro de materiales y tiempos de entrega.
  • Asistencia Técnica de 1er Nivel: Brindar asistencia técnica de primer nivel a los clientes y al equipo de ventas, asegurando un soporte oportuno y eficaz.
  • Enfoque en Calidad y Servicio al Cliente: Mantener un fuerte enfoque en la calidad y servicio al cliente, dando a una experiencia detallada del cliente.
  • Colaboración en Equipo: Trabajar en colaboración con los miembros del equipo para lograr objetivos compartidos e impulsar resultados excepcionales.
  • Formación Académica: Licenciatura o experiencia equivalente en Ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Sólidos conocimientos técnicos y capacidad para comprender y comunicar información técnica compleja.
  • Idiomas: Se requiere fluidez en español; el dominio del inglés es altamente deseable.
  • Disponibilidad: Capacidad para trabajar en México y viajar según sea necesario.
