Sales Account Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B IT software sales and excellent communication skills.Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to maintain and grow our customer base of large Americas-based enterprises. As a trusted advisor, you will help our customers save costs and time by improving their SAP license and authorization management. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients worldwide, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities Maintain and grow our customer base of large Americas-based enterprises. Identify decision makers within targeted accounts and initiate multi-channel phone, email, and social media contact with potential prospects to begin the sales process. Demonstrate customer focus, friendly attitude, and practical ability to put yourself into the mindset of our client or partner. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B IT software & solutions sales. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Experienced in leading negotiations in English. Cultural sensitivity and experience working in a sales setting with American clients. Ability to work independently and be results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
