As a COATINGS PLANT MANAGER, you will ensure the fulfillment of customer demand in quality and time, maintaining the efficiency of the operation. You will implement strategies that improve costs in production processes, ensuring safety and quality in the processes.You will report to an Operations Manager.**Key Responsibilities**- Accurately the production schedule.- Guarantee product quality and customer happiness.- Build continuous improvement strategies in the processes.- Manage human and capital resources.- Ensure the safety of people and processes.- Develop work teams focused on meeting the strategic goals of the business.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.- Validated experience leading paint manufacturing processes.- 5+ years of experience in batch processes in the chemical industry is desirable.- Proficient English.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
