We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Sales Manager** to drive provider engagement and lead a high-performing sales team in the rapidly growing medical tourism sector.In this role, you will primarily focus on working with providers—building strong relationships and ensuring they are fully engaged with our platform. The remaining portion of the role will involve overseeing and leading the sales team to achieve our goals. If you have B2B sales experience and are passionate about both provider relationship management and team leadership, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.**What you’ll do**:- **Provider Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key medical providers, ensuring effective communication and timely responses to patients. Proactively engage with providers to increase their involvement on the platform and optimize patient-provider interactions.- **Sales Team Leadership**: Lead by example, managing and mentoring a high-energy team. Oversee the team’s sales pipeline, ensuring they are motivated and meeting performance goals.- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, driving provider sign-ups and expanding the platform’s reach through strong provider relationships.- **Team Development & Performance Management**: Lead, mentor, and develop your sales team. Ensure they are equipped with the skills and resources to succeed, and track their progress using KPIs and other metrics.- **Client Communication & Negotiation**: Use your strong negotiation and communication skills to work with providers, ensuring both parties’ needs are met and driving business growth.- **CRM & AI Tools Management**: Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and AI-based tools to manage provider relationships, track engagement, and ensure accurate records.- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze sales performance and provider engagement data, providing regular insights that help optimize strategies and processes.- **Sales Process Improvement**: Continuously identify areas for process improvement, streamlining workflows and enhancing team performance.**What we’re looking for**:- **2 to 3 years of experience** in **B2B sales** or **provider management** within a BPO or service-oriented industry.- Proven ability to develop and maintain provider relationships, with experience in call centers, outbound sales, or vendor management.- Strong leadership skills, with a "lead by example" mentality.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency with **CRM systems** (e.g., Salesforce) and understanding of sales strategies.- A solid understanding of **KPIs**, sales metrics, and provider engagement.- English language proficiency is a plus.**What we offer**:- **Base salary** with performance-based increases.- **Paid time off (PTO)** to support your work-life balance.- Quarterly **commission and bonus programs**.- Continuous training and feedback for both professional and personal growth.- Opportunities for ongoing learning in sales, CRM tools, AI, and more.- Advanced technology and tools to help maximize efficiency.**Why Join Us?**If you're passionate about B2B sales and provider engagement, and you thrive in a leadership role, PlacidWay is the place for you.
