The Ops Support Associate 1 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Associate 1 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.**Responsibilities**:- Organize and analyze expense data and work directly with Finance and Expense Management partners to reduce expense base by developing and implementing workstreams- Detect and devise data assessment and compilation, research techniques, data interpretation, and analytical methodology to use for key analysis purposes- Assist with business reporting, including maintaining Monthly Operating Report, Business Scorecards, Business Review templates and the continuity of Business and Resolution planning- Monitor requirements related to compliance with corporate policies- Monitor and implement corrective actions derived from MCA reviews and other control entities**Qualifications**:- 0-2 years of relevant experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work in fast pace and changing environment- Ability to analyze data and solve problems- Proven organizational and time management skills**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
