As a **RISK COORDINATOR** you will administrate the insurance policies and bonds and will follow-up and monitoring of the services of Brokers and Insurers, guaranteeing control of the delivery times and service.You will report to the risk management leader working #LI-Hybrid.**Key Responsibilities**- Follow up on the requirements of the insurance policies and bonds, towards the Brokers and insurers.- Follow up on the delivery and service times of the external executives, supervising and following up on the delivery and resolution of requests.- Review compliance of bonds and insurance policies required for contractors.- Management and reporting of the payment of Insurance and Bond premiums in Mexico, Central America, and the Andean Region.- Generate consolidated monthly report of the loss ratio for all insurance policies.- Follow-up and documentation of claims in cargo and car fleet policies.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field.- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.- Knowledge of Office programs and databases analysis.- Fluent English, able to establish business conversations.- Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
