**HIGH Commissions**We are offering salary of 1,000 US Dollars base + 5% commission per closed deal. Our average deal size is $25,000 meaning $1,250USD per deal to you. You should be able to close between 3-6 deals per month or more.Must be able to come to work IN OFFICE.times are: 10:00-6:00pm CST Monday - Friday**Responsibilities**:- Contact warm provided leads and qualify the seller's property to sell through our program- Be able to evaluate homes- Attend walk throughs- Successfully overcome objections and close the sale and get the contract signed- This is a sales position and sales experience is required- All training and scripts are provided, but must already have the foundation of a sales person and have a background in successfully closing salesQualifications:MUST HAVE AMAZING ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS- Cleanliness- Organization- Productivity- Customer service- Great Attitude- Proficient in all Microsoft programs- Time management- Multi-tasking- Accountability- Dependability- Fast- pacedPositive House Buyers is a real estate wholesale investment company.
