**HIGH Commissions**
We are offering salary of 1,000 US Dollars base + 5% commission per closed deal. Our average deal size is $25,000 meaning $1,250USD per deal to you. You should be able to close between 3-6 deals per month or more.
Must be able to come to work IN OFFICE.
times are: 10:00-6:00pm CST Monday - Friday
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact warm provided leads and qualify the seller's property to sell through our program
- Be able to evaluate homes
- Attend walk throughs
- Successfully overcome objections and close the sale and get the contract signed
- This is a sales position and sales experience is required
- All training and scripts are provided, but must already have the foundation of a sales person and have a background in successfully closing sales
