**Job Description Summary**: This role is responsible for executing one or more process improvement or automation projects to improve disbursements processes across the Energy Payments COE.Essential Responsibilities- Lead one or more projects to implement LEAN processes across the Payments COE for the Disbursements processes to meet customer expectations for SLA’s and Quality and to meet productivity goals.- Share best practices across other teams to drive continuous improvement;- Drive and report out on KPI’s Be an ambassador for creating a LEAN culture that facilitates adequate segregation of duties, risk mitigation and operational efficiency.Communicate project status, timeline, and challenges or risks to leadership in a complete and timely manner.- Identify & analyze risks against project execution, propose and execute mitigation plans working closely with stakeholdersQualifications/Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance,accounting, or related area.- Minimum of 1 year of financial services experience ortreasury/payments experience- Finance shared services experienceDesired Characteristics:- LEAN experience a plus- Proven ability to work independently to achieve results.- Strong organizational skills - ability to effectively managemultiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Technical Expertise -Treasury Finance Processes; Experiencedealing with payment processes in a multinational environment, W2W perspectiveon Treasury processes (focus area: Disbursements/ Payments)- ERP Knowledge (SAP and/or Oracle)- Project management exposure (with emphasis on planning,stakeholder management, risk assessment, escalation, operating rhythm) - andexperience in executing smaller initiatives- Willingness to drive process excellence with focus onsimplification, standardization, transformation (+Change / Lean mindset,structured problem solving)- Effective interpersonal skills and highly professional stylewhen dealing with stakeholders & business clients- Results oriented: self-starter with strong ownership &accountability with a proven track record of execution- Presentation & communication (oral & written)skills, fluent in English- Computer skills esp.Excel, PPT, Visual- Key Performance drivers - Excel macro knowledge is aplus- Knowledge of Treasury payment system infrastructure (i.e.Trax, TRS, Webcash)will have a strong advantage- Technical experience with macros, reporting, analytics aplus.- Adaptable/flexible: open to change in response to new information,different or unexpected circumstances.Able to work in ambiguous situations.Experienced in a matrix and global environment preferred- Experience working with cross-functional teams and drivingresults across multiple stakeholders and departments.**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:NoLI-Remote - This is a remote position
