DESCRIPTIONAviva is looking for a Sales & Expansion Lead to drive the ambitious growth of our distribution partnership with the world's largest retailer. In this role, you build local sales teams all across non-metropolitan Mexico, to establish the first ever low-interest alternative in the mexican market. Growing your in-store credit sales team by dozens of new hirings each month, you are responsible for the sustainable expansion and consistent sales performance of the team.Apart from building a team of an in-store credit sales force, you manage the relationship with your commercial/operational counterparts at our retail partner. This includes providing regular updates on the commercial and operational performance of your team, as well as aligning the activation of dozens of stores every month.Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of a significant pillar of Aviva’s growth strategy and report directly our the VP of Sales- Lead and manage Aviva’s in-store credit sales team: recruit, train, coach, and develop team members- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and provide hands-on support in the field- Oversee the onboarding of new sellers and support the commercial launch of up to 30 new store locations per month- Monitor and identify deviations in credit origination to ensure compliance and improve risk control- Implement strategies to reduce turnover and promote Aviva’s culture across a diverse and geographically dispersed sales force- Ensure clear, consistent communication and alignment with our retail partner to strengthen the partnership**REQUIREMENTS**:**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams- Demonstrated ability to increase sellers’ productivity and hit sales targets- Excellent people manager with the ability to realize the full potential of sales teams- Ability to take on a big mission with complete ownership and entrepreneurial mindset- Experience managing face-to-face sales, ideally to consumers or small businesses- Customer-oriented and impact-focused mindset- Enthusiastic about latest-gen sales technology, promoting an automation-first approach and building a scalable sales platform Needs for travel can vary between 3-5 days per week during the initial 3 months, thereafter you are likely to average about 1-2 days per week- **Benefits**- Build a partnership with the world’s largest retailer- Join our team at building their second unicorn- Own a crucial part of Aviva’s growth engine- Promote actual financial inclusion across Mexico- Competitive compensation package- Obtain ESOPs based on performance- 7 Aviva Days per year for personal- Home office 2.5 days | HQ or Travel 2.5 days
