Grow with us as a **Data Operations Coordinator**. You will work to set all the data related to the main domains (Customer, Product and Vendors) in the system (SAP). Ensure quality of this master data, as well as, development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Performs daily data setting in the system (SAP) that becomes from business process, accurately and timely- Runs and creates financial and operational reports from the system to validate and ensure data quality, and provide them to functional areas, using special tools.- Resolve and fix any data quality problems that face across workflows and functional areas- Creates automatic files to set the data in the system by using winshuttle license to upload massive data in the system, ensuring data quality and business rules**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS****Required**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Systems/Process/Analytics- + 5 or more years of related work experience.- Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Must have strong knowledge in SAP, winshuttle and other financial planning systems.- Must have strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills and be detail-oriented.- Must have good leadership skills.- Lead larger teams.**WHAT’S NEXT**- Kellogg K-Values- New Hire Benefits Guide**THE FINER PRINT**Where required by state law and/or city ordinance; this employer will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
