**Controls/User Provisioning support analyst****What can you expect?**- Seeking experienced information security business analyst to run certification process.- The role involves close collaboration with the IAM team and business users- Thorough understanding of how run certification, ensuring user completion and obtain signoff.- Ability to work with auditor and provide evidence of certification completion.- Strong understanding of Active Directory provisioning.- Experience working in ServiceNow Manager.- Strong role-based access control knowledge.- Capacity multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.**What is in it for you?**- Standard MMC Salary Package- Standard MMC Colleague Benefits**We will count on you to**:- Experience working with an Access management provisioning team.- Ability to close provisioning tickets and work with end users to resolve provisioning issues.- Keep track of certification completion and present evidence to internal and external auditors,- Analyses of business requirements to prepare the required supporting documents and artefacts.- Identify, track, and resolve in requirements and business design.- Develop test cases scenarios for testing in the development, SIT and UAT environments.- Support IT audit process and work closely with Audit teams.**What you need to have**:- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.- 3 - 5 years’ experience with identity access management in OIM.**What makes you stand out?**- Certification in Identity and Access management- Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities- Adaptability to change- Self-directed individual with strong motivation and willingness to take initiative.Marsh McLennan está comprometida con el trabajo híbrido, que incluye la flexibilidad de trabajar de forma remota y la colaboración, las conexiones y los beneficios del desarrollo profesional de trabajar juntos en la oficina.
