Únete al equipo de **Colektia** como**:*Analista de soporte IT****Actividades**:*Brindar asistencia a los Ejecutivos de call center o clientes en materia tecnológicaBrindar soporte técnico a la compañíaConfigurar sistemas operativosDetectar las averías en los sistemas y aplicacionesRealizar diagnósticos del mal funcionamiento del hardware y el software Implementar y orientar en la ejecución de nuevas aplicaciones o sistemas operativosConfigurar perfiles, correos electrónicos y accesos para los nuevos ingresos, además de brindar asistencia en todo lo relacionado a contraseñasRealizar revisiones de seguridad en todos los sistemasEmpatía con nuestros visitantes y el equipoconocimiento en redes, e implementación de herramientas de monitoreo**Requisitos**:*- Experiência en un trabajo similar.- Lic en sistemas o similar (de preferencia)- **-Conocimientos en ISO 27001**_- **-Conocimiento AWS**_- **-Conocimiento basico de sql,python,etc**_- Organización- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente- Adaptabilidad.**Ofrecemos**:*- Sueldo libre de $14,300 **(NO NEGOCIABLE)**- Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am -19:00 pm1 guardia al mes en sabado 7am a 1pm- Prestaciones de ley- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores**Ubicación**:*Av.
