Compañía líder a nível mundial en Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones (TIC) solicita agentes para el área de Atención a clientes Bilingüe, brindamos asistencia, ventas y soporte mediante voice o chat interactivo a nuestros usuarios en Estados Unidos desde nuestro centro de contacto en CDMX.**TECNO PARQUE AZCAPOTZALCO (10 min. aprox, saliendo del metro Rosario metro bus Tecno Parque)****NECESITAS**:- Inglés Avanzado conversacional (indispensable)- Manejo de PC básico, office- Preparatoria terminada, con comprobante o certificado de Bachillerato ó equivalente High School Diploma.- Experiência mínima 6 meses y/o 1 año en call center o actividades customer service comprobable con carta donde se describa dicha actividad o semanas cotizadas.- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo**OFRECEMOS**:- Salario Promedio Mensual de $14,000 a $18,000 dependiendo del canal de atención.- Pago por hora rate $83.00 a $107.14- Capacitación 100% pagada.- Prestaciones de ley desde el primer día.- Prestaciones superiores a partir del día 90, SGM, seguro de vida y seguros de gastos dentales y visuales.- Contrato directo (No outsourcing)- Jornadas de 40 horas a la semana, dos días de descanso entre semana o sábado y domingo.- Oportunidades de desarrollo a mediano plazo.- Excelentes instalaciones con cafeterías, restaurantes, cajeros ATM, tiendas de conveniencia, gimnasio dentro del complejo.- Transporte del metro Ferrería a oficinas gratuito.- Seguridad**Postúlate por este medio o manda tu CV actualizado****Salary**: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Experience**:- Call Center: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: One location
