The Business development representative (Temporary) is responsible for expanding the company's customer base. Use prospecting strategies to identify prospects and initiate the first outreach with potential customers. The goal is to help book meetings and fill the pipelines for the sales team.ON SITE POSITION IN TIJUANA**Responsibilities**:- Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects.- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer.- Make cold calls and following up on warm leads to try to secure new business.- Regularly interact and communicate with various internal departments to provide vital information that may be necessary for servicing the customer.- Create and deliver presentations remotely when necessary to help secure new business.- Immediately notify management team if an existing account is in jeopardy of discontinuing service or issues remain unresolved regardless of attempts to correct situation.**Experience**:- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills- Sales Experience- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures- At least one year of experience in call centers as a business developmentTipo de puesto: TemporalDuración del contrato: 1 mesSalario: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 a la semanaHorario:- Turno de 10 horasExperiência:- Business Development: 1 año (Obligatorio)- Sales: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
