Overview**Role: Service Desk - L2****Location**:Zapopan, Zona Andares**- Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via videocall for customer’s end users- High school (B.Sc. or Diploma)- 4 years of experience help desk, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.- Phone support experience is mandatory- Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary (3 years)- Willing to work rotational shifts (5 days a week, 8 hours a day, we cannot guarantee Saturdays & Sundays off, nor rest days next to one another)- Great level of English spoken and written
