Sales & Business Advisor Sr. Monterrey, NL

Primary Purpose of the Position:

  • Advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish the sell in / sell out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.
  • Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship.
  • Develop business opportunities to support company growth.
  • Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotion, and product portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote sell out, following business priorities.
  • Active collaboration, resolving and preventing Credit & Collection issues.
  • Keep an open and frequent communication with the customers, to favor win/win business.
  • Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating to be an expert in GY products and processes, adding value to the customers' business needs.
  • Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven-oriented focus, being able to detect and capture improvement opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships.
  • Specific for Peru: Supports ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949 as it requires.

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and related courses.
  • Proficient in MS Office, capable of making analyses in Excel, and creating PowerPoint presentations.

Experience:

  • Required: 3+ Years of Sales experience.
  • Desired: Previous experience in Tire and/or Retail Market.

Knowledge:

  • Sales and Marketing skills.
  • Target-focused and planning development.
  • Business acumen.
  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
