Sales & Business Advisor Sr. Monterrey, NL

Primary Purpose of the Position:
- Advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish the sell in / sell out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.
- Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship.
- Develop business opportunities to support company growth.
- Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with customers.
- Plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotion, and product portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote sell out, following business priorities.
- Active collaboration, resolving and preventing Credit & Collection issues.
- Keep an open and frequent communication with the customers, to favor win/win business.
- Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating to be an expert in GY products and processes, adding value to the customers' business needs.
- Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven-oriented focus, being able to detect and capture improvement opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships.
- Specific for Peru: Supports ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949 as it requires.
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and related courses.
- Proficient in MS Office, capable of making analyses in Excel, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
Experience:
- Required: 3+ Years of Sales experience.
- Desired: Previous experience in Tire and/or Retail Market.
Knowledge:
- Sales and Marketing skills.
- Target-focused and planning development.
- Business acumen.
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
