About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Advisor Sr to join our team at Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH.

Job Description

As a Strategic Sales Professional, you will be responsible for advising and managing customer accounts to achieve sales goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets. You will support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship and develop business opportunities to support company growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote sell out by following business priorities and collaborate actively with customers to resolve and prevent Credit & Collection issues.
  • Maintain open and frequent communication with customers to foster win-win business relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical knowledge and demonstrate expertise in GY products and processes to add value to customers' business needs.
  • Analyze market data to inform sales and marketing actions and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (required).
  • 3+ years of sales experience (required). Previous experience in Tire and/or Retail Market is desired.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
