This is a unique opportunity to join the Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH team as a Senior Sales Development Manager based in Monterrey, NL.
About the RoleThe primary purpose of this position is to advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish sell-in/sell-out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets are met or exceeded. This involves supporting credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship, developing business opportunities to support company growth, evaluating customer needs, and suggesting proactive business solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Promote sell out following business priorities, actively collaborating to resolve and prevent Credit & Collection issues.
- Maintain open and frequent communication with customers to favor win-win business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge, demonstrating expertise in GY products and processes, and adding value to customers' business needs.
- Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, focusing on data-driven decision-making and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
- In Peru, support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949 requirements as needed.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the tire and/or retail market.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel analysis and PowerPoint presentation creation.
- Sales and marketing skills.
- Target-focused and planning development capabilities.
- Business acumen and ability to balance customer-oriented and results-driven approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
