We specialize in providing high-quality tech solutions to businesses in the United States. We are looking for a Bilingual Telemarketing Executive to help us reach potential clients and follow up on business opportunities.**Responsibilities**:- Make phone calls to potential clients in the U.S. to offer our IT Staff Augmentation and software development services.- Follow up on scheduled calls and interested clients.- Schedule meetings for the sales team.- Meet daily call and lead conversion goals.- Maintain effective and professional communication in both English and Spanish.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in B2B or tech companies).- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.- Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.- Proactive attitude and negotiation skills.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred).- Availability to work on-site in Hermosillo, Sonora.**Language**:- conversational English (required)Work Location: In person
