Milestone culture is built to provide a collaborative, inclusive environment that supports employees and empowers them to reach their full potential.**Job Overview**:**Role Summary**This role will support a global team and requires the ability to work across different time zones and cultures.**Responsibilities & Tasks**Key Responsibilities:- People Experience Program Management:- Develop, implement, and manage PX programs and initiatives that support Milestone’s strategic goals.- Collaborate with PX team members and other departments globally to ensure alignment and integration of programs across the organization.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding PX programs and policies.- Promote our values by encouraging teamwork, continuous learning, and leveraging diverse perspectives.**Internal Communications**:- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to keep employees informed and engaged on people experience-related topics.- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal communications related to PX, ensuring consistency and accuracy of messaging.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure communications are integrated with broader company communications.- Deliver communications with a sense of urgency and innovation, anticipating and addressing employee needs.- Employee Engagement and Culture:- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and PX programs.- Manage employee engagement surveys, badges and awards programs- Partner with leadership and employees to identify and address areas for improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction.- Support initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.- Actively practice learning and transformation to continuously improve our culture and engagement.**Compliance and Best Practices**:- Ensure all people experience programs and communications comply with relevant laws and regulations.- Stay current on best practices and trends in the field, incorporating them into programs and communications as appropriate.- Anticipate challenges and proactively address them to ensure compliance and best practices.**Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required**- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources program management and internal communications.Strong understanding of Human Resources principles, practices, and regulations.- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.- Experience with employee engagement tools and metrics.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.- Proficiency with HRIS systems and communication tools.- Experience with change management and organizational development is a plus.- Experience working with global teams and managing communications across different time zones and cultures.- Fluent in spoken and written English.**Compensation**:Estimated Pay Range:Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.**Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- At Milestone we strive to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and work with, where we all feel empowered to bring our full, authentic selves to work.
