**IMPORTANTE EMPRESA DEL SECTOR TECNOLÓGICO SOLICITA**:**Sales Engineer****Perfil.**- Género indistinto.- 23 años en adelante.- Ingeniería en mecatrónica, eléctrica o afín.- Dominio avanzado del idioma Inglés (indispensable).- Facilidad de comunicación verbal como escrita en inglés y español.- Experiência previa como Key Account Management (deseable).- Experiência previa en el giro de la industria electrónica.- Experiência previa en manejo de Microsoft Dynamics 365 (deseable).**Actividades.**- Informar y asesorar sobre los productos que ofrece la organización para la solución de las necesidades de nuestro cliente clave.- Realizar visitas y reuniones periódicas con los clientes clave para la organización.- Trabajar de cerca con el cliente clave para posicionar los productos internos como una primera opción para su organización.- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los altos mandos de nuestro cliente clave.- Fungir como un elemento esencial entre las requisiciones del cliente clave y los equipos internos de la empresa.- Involucrarse con el equipo de lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos del cliente clave para asegurar que los productos de nuestra organización serán los primeros en consideración.- Realizar negociaciones efectivas enfocadas a solucionar la necesidad de los clientes claves para la empresa.- Realizar seguimientos durante la etapa de diseño y desarrollo apoyándose en el equipo técnico para el adecuado asesoramiento al cliente clave.**Habilidades y cualidades.**- Altas habilidades de interacción social.- Personalidad extrovertida.- Autodirigido.- Facilidad para desarrollo de habilidades.- Excelente habilidad para la atención al cliente.- Control y seguimiento de procesos.**Plan de remuneración.**- Sueldo base mensual de 20,000 pesos.- Bono garantía durante los primeros meses.- Esquema variable.- Prestaciones de ley.- Celular y computadora utilitario.- Apoyo en paquete de Internet.- Capacitación pagada.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Horarios flexibles- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Componentes eléctricos: 2 años (Deseable)- Ventas: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
