Mantener altos níveles de satisfacción del cliente y trabajar para mejorarlos continuamente dando todo el seguimiento a métricas clave para monitorear su crecimiento. Por otro lado, entender sus KPI' y analizar datos para informar sobre los problemas del cliente y hacer recomendaciones para mejorar el servicio.Calificaciones (Nuestra lista de deseos):- Experiência**: Recién egresado o bien con mínimo 1 año de experiência en sector financiero, e commerce.**:- Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, Especialista en Estrategia de Negocios, Administración.- Manejo de software de base de datos (Excel) intermedio- avanzado.- Entendimiento de gráficas, métricas, etc.- Pensamiento crítico para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones.Responsabilidades (Lo que buscamos de ti):- Comprender el funcionamiento del customer journey- Comprender el funcionamiento del servicio Fairplay y la plataforma de Fairplay Insights- Comprender y dar seguimiento de objetivos y métricas que necesitan cumplir los clientes, KPI's, dispersiones y domiciliaciones- Solucionar problemas o consultas reportadas en detalle para diagnosticar problemas con el fin de proporcionar información precisa, válida y completa a nuestros clientes.- Aportar a la elaboración y actualización de las herramientas y contenido que compartimos al cliente.- Idiomas: inglés avanzado escrito y hablado.Requisitos de habilidades profesionales:- Habilidades financieras y/o matemáticas.- Organizado y con orientación a detalles.- Grandes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.- Capacidad para priorizar.- Capacidad para tener conversaciones difíciles.- Entusiasta y con mucha capacidad de trabajo en equipo- Estos son algunos de nuestros beneficios:Prestaciones de ley- Superiores a las de Ley- 12 días vacaciones + 6 personal time off- Seguro de GMM- Seguro de vida- Gastos Médicos Menores- 100% remoto
