**About Baubap**We are a fast-growing, Mexican fintech startup with the mission to become the bridge to people’s financial freedom through technology.We are providing microloans to people in financial need through a fast and efficient process, always treating them with the respect and dignity they deserve.Our long-term vision is be **the most inclusive digital bank in LATAM with more than 2.5 million clients.****About your role (Role mision)**As a People Generalist, you will be a key part of ensuring that our team members always receive the most outstanding, warm and efficient treatment, no matter at which stage of their journey with us.You will be responsible for the little details that make all the difference. How do we make the new joiners feel the most welcome? What kind of set-up do they need to be their most efficient and comfortable? How can we scale up all of our administrative process?You will become the go-to person for the team when they need help with anything, and work hand-in-hand with the rest of the People team to provide assistance with various administrative and logístical tasks (preparation of contracts, legal changes due to salary increases, uploading balances for meal vouchers, coordinating with external providers,).**Outcomes**- Short term: Deliver high quality experience for every single member that joins Baubap.- Mid term: Analyze and evolve our current politics for perks and welcome kits.**Day to day**- Coordinating the whole onboarding process for new team members and providing all the necessary accesses.- Helping with various administrative tasks.- Coordinating various internal team-building, socializing and educational activities (both online and offline)**Requirements**:- Based in Mexico City- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a Human Resources team- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; (English and Spanish)- Startup experience**Nice to have**:- Tech-savvy- Academical background in psychology**Your skills**- _Clear and transparent communication._ You are able to able to express your thoughts clearly, concisely and to the point.
