¿Conoces **Fúbol Emotion**?Comenzamos como Soloporteros en 2001 en Zaragoza, España.Después de **más 20 años de trayectoria**, hemos conseguido ser líderes en la venta de material de fútbol en España **y** ser uno de los e-commerce más importantes de este sector a nível europeo, con más de 25 tiendas físicasAdemás, ahora **formamos parte del Grupo Tansley** Representando la pasión por el deporteTodo esto lo hemos conseguido gracias al equipo que trabaja día a día para hacerlo posible**:Ya somos más de 500 compañeros****¿Te gustaría ser uno de ellos? **Nos expandimos a **MÉXICO**Por ello, necesitamos incorporar a nuestro **departamento de Customer Service, **el primer **agente de atención al cliente** que prestará servicio a nuestros clientes en el país.**¿De qué te encargarás?**De manera remota reportando tanto al Customer Director en España como a nuestro Country Manager de Ciudad de México, te responsabilizarás de:- Garantizar la mejor experiência de cliente durante todo el proceso de compra (preventa, venta y postventa)- Detectar principales fricciones con el cliente y proponer procesos de mejora- Gestión diaria de backoffice (gestión de stock, resolución de problemas con partners logísticos, etc)- Soporte al cliente final a través de nuestros canales de comunicación según las diferentes ramas de negocio- Asesoramiento y resolución de incidencias así como la gestión diaria de postventa (reclamaciones de garantía por producto, cambios y devoluciones, etc).- Dar soporte a tareas transversales dentro de nuestro proceso de expansión y crecimiento.**¿Qué buscamos?**- Persona **organizada y orientada tanto al cliente como al detalle**.- Nível de **inglés avanzado** para comunicación a nível internacional.- Al menos **dos años de experiência** en un puesto similar desarrollando las mismas funciones- Y si además de todo esto **te gusta el fútbol **y tienes conocimientos del sector y material deportivo, **es un super plus****¿Qué podemos ofrecerte nosotros?**Contrato indefinido***Retribución salarial entre $200.000 y $220.000 MXN anualesModelo de trabajo híbrido
