Responsibilities Manage an existing customer portfolio, focusing on renewals and upsell opportunities. Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs with a consultative approach. Use CRM (Salesforce) to track progress, generate insights, and manage opportunities. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the commercial strategy of the region. Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
