Account Specialist/SaaS

We are looking for an Account Specialist with proven experience in SaaS sales. If you have strong commercial skills, customer service orientation, and the motivation to grow within a global technology company, this role is ideal for you. Responsibilities Manage an existing customer portfolio, focusing on renewals and upsell opportunities. Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs with a consultative approach. Identify and use the most effective virtual channel to engage with clients. Close renewal opportunities within the established cycle. Use CRM (Salesforce) to track progress, generate insights, and manage opportunities. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the commercial strategy of the region. Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction. Requirements (Mandatory) Proven experience in SaaS sales (minimum 1 year). Experience in renewals, upsell, subscriptions, or managing recurring accounts. Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of accounts (200+). Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce). Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written). Goal-oriented profile with resilience, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
